Luis Inostroza, PhD

I am Research associate at the Institute of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Faculty of Environmental Sciences at Dresden University of Technology. I am also lecturer of urban planning, urban ecology and geographic information systems (GIS) at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies of Environmental Management (CIPSEM) at the same university; and Assistant Professor at the University of Economics in Prague. Since 2012 I am visiting professor for the doctoral program in urban regeneration at the Technical University of Madrid. I belong to the Society for Urban Ecology (SURE), and I have been since 2012 a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), partner of the European Land-Use Institute (ELI) and member of the Regional Studies Association (RSA). I am reviewer of several high rank scientific journals, like Ecological Indicators, PLOS ONE and Land Use Policy among others. I am involved in academic cooperations in Europe and Latin America.
